Costs for rooms with two beds (semiprivate system) varies from $1700 to $2000, and $2000 - $2500 for a private room in senior care homes that we work with, depending on the level of care. Cost for master bedrooms are between $ 3500 to $4500. These are below the average prices of other assisted facilites in Phoenix and in the surrounding area. Note that facilities working with us are under our policy of pricing. However the exact costs are established through direct negotiation with the manager of the facility, within the limits specified by our company. Fees may be inclusive or there may be additional charges for special services. These prices include all the services for residents living in assisted living facilities.
